1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Teczo Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide digital services including but not limited to:

• Full-stack Web Development (React, WordPress, Supabase)
• UI/UX Design & Prototyping (Figma)
• AI & Automation Integration
• E-commerce Optimization (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy)
• Digital Marketing
• SEO
• Custom Software Development

3. Payment & Projects

For custom projects or SaaS development:

• Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Payments must be made according to the agreed milestones.

4. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, the final design/code assets belong to the client. However, Teczo Digital retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio (Success Stories) unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our services, including server downtimes or third-party API failures.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of US. Any disputes will be settled in the jurisdiction of local courts.
